Two bedrooms are generously sized upstairs, with a second bathroom. The main bedroom downstairs is en-suite with its own doors opening to the pool area and enchanting garden. All bedrooms are airconditioned.

 

The lounge with a cosy fireplace, Netflix TV, WI-FI,

an 8-seater dining room table, and a fully equipped kitchen is an open plan concept, opening out through to large double doors onto the enchanting garden, pool, and BBQ / Braai area in a completely private garden.

 

There is ample parking space, with a lock up secured garage.

 

Loadshedding is not a problem, there is solar with inverter and battery backup systems in place.

 

We are situated within a 5-minute walk to the Wine Tram, world renowned galleries, shops, and restaurants.

 

 

Things to do in the area:

  • Wine and dine in the majestical setting under the ancient Oak giants and explore the history of LaMotte at the museum.

  • Take a stroll up old Cat se Pad‚ a walking trail.

  • Enjoy a bottle of wine at the top of the Franschhoek Pass with magnificent sunset views.

  • Play golf at Pearl Valley, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.

  • Dine al fresco at one of the many street cafés.

  • Take a helicopter ride and see the valley from a different perspective.

  • Hire a mountain bike and go cycling in the mountains surrounding the valley.

  • Enjoy the La Petite Ferme cellar tour hosted every   morning at 11am (by appointment only).

  • Watch the chocolatiers at Huguenot Fine Chocolates in action making their fine confections (Tours can be arranged).

  • Boschendal, Grande Provence and Mont Rochelle offers the perfect picnic spots for those hot lazy summer afternoons.
